I am a 31-year-old professional. I will be studying at Stanford. I prefer to sublet from someone on campus as I am already approved by Stanford Housing to sublicense, however I am open to pretty much any housing/rental options as long as it is near Stanford. I am clean, organized, very respectful, peaceful, easy to get along with, non-smoker, and no drugs. I will mostly be focused on school and studying, but still up for a social activities and good times if we're all not too busy. I can pay 3-6 months in advance if that helps.
