Room for rent (female only) @ $750/month (utilities included: electric, gas, heat, water) in a quiet neighborhood in EPA. Internet is not included, but we can all split the small cost three ways ($10). There are currently two of us ladies living in one of the rooms, so we are looking to rent out the second bedroom to one more lady. This will be your own room. This apartment has one bathroom that will be shared amongst us all, and comes with both a tub and a shower. The single room we're renting is not furnished, so you would need to buy the furniture you wanted for your room. The apartment is lightly furnished with a kitchen table, a microwave, a desk, and various other pieces. The hope is that once we find a third roommate we can all speak into the ideas we have about decoration and purchase furniture at that point. Parking is free, and is on the street. No permit required and more often than not there will be parking on the street right in front of the apartment. This apartment is on the second floor and comes with a balcony. There are no onsite laundry services, but there is a laundromat 3 minutes away from the apartment when driving. The apartment is very close to the 101 freeway, and very close Samtrans bus stops.

A little bit about your roommates: We value making our apartment a space where we can create a faith-based community. We are open people who appreciate each other and want to provide a safe place to grow together as sisters in Christ. At the same time we respect each others space.
