I am a Stanford PhD candidate looking for housing close to campus, specifically a small studio or cottage (price depends on location and whether it has a full kitchen). I am not looking for a room in a house or an attached in-law suite.

Most of my time is spent at Stanford doing research so I'm a fairly quiet tenant! I'm 27 years old/female.
