I am a native Thai, who just graduated from Stanford last year. I am currently around on campus, and would be very happy to offer Thai-Food cooking lessons.
The dishes can be individually requested to serve your need, while some of the recommended dishes are "Krapao Moo" (Basil pork), Green curry, Thai omelette, Larb, Tomyum, etc. You will need to prepare the ingredients, and the lesson rate is negotiable.
