We really want to get chinchillas, but we live in EV high rises. I think they might be ok to sneak since they are small and would be in the cage all the time, and don't make noise like a dog. But, I know the policy is a $100 steep fee if you are caught.

Has anyone had success sneaking a pet? Advice? I don't want to get a pet and then have to give it up for adoption or something.
