My wife and I are Stanford Med School staff and we are looking to rent a place close to Stanford in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos or Mountain View. Our lease ends the end of February 2014 so we would be willing to start our lease in January, February or even March if need be. We have 1 dog and 1 cat as well. We are non-smokers. We'd be open to sharing with another couple or individual.
