1st year male professional student looking for an early morning workout buddy from 6:45am-8:45am Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at the new Arrillaga gym on campus. My workout regimen consists of weights followed by 20-30 min of HIIT cardio. I follow a pretty well-developed program and I know my way around a weight room, but I am open to teaching someone who isn't too experienced in weightlifting.
