Recent changes in Stanford Housing regulations has made it very difficult for new Stanford coterm students (5th year undergrad/1st year masters) to get on campus housing. We will be looking for a rental period of at least 1 year from the start date. (negotiable)
We will be graduating in June 2014, and will be looking for an affordable apartment around campus (<15 minute bike ride) to stay while completing our degrees. We are clean and neat people, and do not party or drink excessively. (non-smokers) We will be glad to provide character references from previous tenants (summer housing tenants etc)
We are commencing this search very early, in hopes of getting a good location. Let us know.
