I'm a doctoral student (4th year) needing a furnished appt from Feb 1 until Aug 1, or July 15.

Will pay competitive price. I don't do drugs, and am focused on my academics and work. Roommates are fine. I'm pretty easy to get along with and believe in cleaning any dishes I use immediately after using them.

Prefer to be on campus (Escondido Village), or in Palo Alto.
