Homemade is a Stanford Startup founded by two recent graduates, Dr. Chloe Chien and Anna Rakoczy, to empower healthy lifestyle changes to reduce chronic disease burden in the country!

Diets don't work! Homemade is designed to transform your relationship with food so you won't ever have to resort to dieting again.

Homemade is a 10-week hands-on nutrition, cooking and behavioral change curriculum for sustainable weight loss and chronic disease prevention. We will introduce you to the joy and empowerment of cooking your own wholesome, tasty food - a truly sustainable lifestyle for health.

You meet once a week in our kitchen classroom and learn how to cook from scratch healthy meals designed for weight loss, heart health and diabetes control. You will develop true lifestyle change with Homemade's expert motivational coaching, nutrition education, mindfulness practice and peer group support.

Better yet, you take home *9 portion-controlled meals each week*, which provides structure and convenience for healthy eating for *3 days*.
