Hello, and thank you for reading my ad.
I am a Stanford CS major looking for a long-term place to stay as I finish my degree. I'll be coming back to campus in June during Summer Session and would like to find a place before then. Since I live in the Bay Area, I thought I'd take the opportunity to look for a place early.
About me:
I am a quiet Asian male who generally keeps to himself. I do not have a car, though I bike on campus like most other students. I am clean, respectful, and friendly and I always use headphones when I listen to music. I cook for myself most of the time, though it's always just simple things. I have been renting in San Francisco for the past year or so and have never been late with rent. I have a few friends on campus that I might like to have visit once in awhile, but if that isn't okay with the landlord, I am happy to visit them instead.
Preferences:
I would really like to find a place that offers privacy, a quiet living situation, and is close to campus. As a CS major, having high speed, reliable internet is important to me. Those are really my only primary concerns. I am open to renting a room in a house, sharing an apartment, or renting a studio. I prefer not to have roommates who live in the same room.
Since my family is helping me pay for my education, I'd like to pay around $700-$800 a month for a decent place, though if the place is perfect enough I might be convinced to pay more. I am renting long-term (a year at the very least, if not more), so I hope that will make up for the price I would like to pay.
If you have a place you'd be interested in renting out to me, please respond to this advertisement and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks!
