A friend and I, both Stanford graduates, are looking for long-term housing (rental, 1-year-lease, etc.) starting in June. We can afford a place that costs up to $1800/month. Ideally this would be a 2 bedroom place, but we could make a 1 bedroom work if that's what you have. Anywhere in the Peninsula is fine, though the closer to Stanford the better (she works on-campus, I work in Redwood City). If you have two rooms in your household that you're renting out, that's fine too! We are fine with sharing and both very well house-trained. :)
We're both quiet, non-smoking, barely-drinking women. I work as a stage manager and she does research.
