I'm a PhD student looking for a workout buddy or personal trainer for the evenings a couple times a week. I need someone to help show me what free weight routines are good for me and the best machines to use. I'm a smallish woman looking to tone and strengthen arms and legs. On a grad student budget, but willing to pay the right person. :) If you're going to 'train' me and I'm going to pay you, it'd be awesome if you have a fitness background/knowledge and interest in doing this as an occupation. If you just want to be a workout buddy and know your way around the gym it'd be cool if you're motivated to keep up a routine/schedule and really like working out-- I do. Thanks!
