Looking for skilled developer to finish a project written in PHP Yii/MySQL.

Excellent communication is a must, references from past jobs are a plus. The website is currently 80% complete, it needs help with user experience/intuitiveness and basic functionality. The site is similar to supost.com - a mix of craigslist/ebay classifieds/yelp but for a specific industry. Must be willing to sign an NDA - Non-Compete. This is a PAID job that can turn into a future gig.
