But even if they were printed it is only for courtesy purposes that your name should appear on the ticket (and of course, if you wanna use it to apply for Visa). I attended Euro 2012 and WC 2010, and had tickets under another person's name. Nobody checks!

The way it works if the tickets are NOT printed is the following:

1. You agree to buy
2. You give me your personal info (date of birth, full name as appearing in passport, and passport number)
3. I transfer the ticket and send you a screenshot confirming the transfer
4. You give me the money
5. You give me your mailing address
6. Once the tickets are mailed to me, I mail you the tickets to your address

The way it works if the tickets are already printed is the following:

1. You agree to buy
2. You give me the money
3. You give me your mailing address (or meet in person)
4. I mail/give you the tickets to your address
