Mr. Whimsy is marketplace where people with unique talents and passions can share their skills with locals and travelers alike. It'll be a place where Art Historians can give walks through museums, Astronomy Enthusiasts can take you on a star viewing, or where you can find a find a Craft Brewer to take you on a private tour of his/her distillery. We are looking to build a community for those who have never lost their childish sense of wonder and relentlessly seek the extraordinary. Adventures will be around 2 hours long, and will consist of a leading a small private group.

We don't believe in the classic 30 person tour led by someone who took a test on "basic knowledge" and as such we're not looking for tour guides. We're looking for experts. If you're an Art History PhD student we'd love to hear from you. If you choose, you can get well compensated for your time, set your own hours, and pick your topic/museum of choice. We think you'll get to meet some interesting people as well.
