I'm a stanford resident physician and my husband is an engineer. Trying to find a new place to call home for the next 2-3 yrs. We have perfect credit, good incomes, don't smoke, good tenants. Overall...I guess we're just good people

Our one caveat is we own a dog, he is about 65lbs. He is 12.5 years old, I've had him his whole life, he doesn't have any bad habits, like barking or digging or really anything. We would be willing to leave an extra deposit for toby and do a meet and greet if it made you feel more comfortable.

Anyways, we r nice people, we have a nice dog and we need a nice house.
