Hi all, I'm a current graduate student at Stanford that has 3 years left on his PhD. My partner and I are currently looking for a 1BR option near-campus, so I thought I'd post here, although I'm sure that plenty of landlords/renters have no problems filling their spaces :)
We're quiet, non-smokers, non-pet-owners (although we love them). She currently works in Mtn. View, and we both have extremely stable income / good credit. We're also looking for something a bit longer-term, ideally, a nice space that we can occupy for at least ~3ish years that we'll love. It would be especially amazing if you're a homeowner renting out a cottage etc.; I think anyone would prefer that sort of relationship than renting from a giant, anonymous apartment company.
