Reserve for $5 
I'm looking to sublet a studio or bedroom on a month-to-month basis for the summer, meaning I can terminate the lease (with sufficient notice) at the end of either June, July, or August. I'm willing to pay a premium of $100 over the usual rent for the month-to-month option.
