I'm planning to be working in the area this summer and am looking for a room for a male (not shared, please) to stay from June 29-September 19. I'm a very considerate person and would make sure not to ruin anything or make a mess (or I'll pay for it, I promise). I'm looking for a price ~$700/month but price is negotiable.
