6) has exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
7) is willing to learn basic financial accounting principles
8) is open to productive criticism and learning from their mistakes

An ideal candidate is also:

2) experienced with software development, e.g., CS major/minor or experience building websites for pay or for fun
3) interested in psychological or educational research and able to understand and summarize academic articles.

Does this describe you? Then apply now by replying to this posting with a few paragraphs about yourself. And please reply with your name at the top in addition to "Rockstar"; e.g. "Michael Jones, Rockstar". We'll then ask you to reply with a resume. We look forward to hearing from you!
