I am a female (21yo), graduating senior looking for a place in the Palo Alto area for a 1 year lease. I am very clean and respectful (won't throw large parties) and I'm looking to move-in by June 16th at the latest. Furnished or unfurnished is fine, preferable with onsite laundry and parking. Please let me know if you have anything available or you are looking for a roommate!
