Two visiting scholars want to rent a 2BR house/apartment since August 10 (date flexible). Better in Palo Alto. 2 kids (a girl of 7 and a boy of 5.5) will accompany and go to the nearby elementary school.

Clean. No drug, no smoking, no pet, no party.

Subletting of house is OK. One year lease.
