I'm looking for roommate(s) to share an apartment/house in the Bay area. I'm looking at San Francisco to San Jose, even considering Sausalito.
I'm looking for someplace that is: close (0-15 min walk) to Caltrain/VTA Light Rail/BART, 12 month lease, safe & clean neighborhood, onsite laundry, gym/fitness area, have my own bedroom, pool/hot tub, and rent would be no more than $1400 but ideally less. I'd be willing to pay a bit more if I find someplace really awesome. Looking for at least a 2 BR/2BA.
In a roommate(s) I'd like: someone responsible, college educated, employed full-time, no kids/pets, able to keep apartment/living area clean, social, non-smoker, doesn't throw loud parties or have guests over all the time.
About me: college graduate, 24 year old female, employed full-time in tech, outgoing, enjoys a night out/in, have dining/living room furniture, some kitchen appliances, and I have a boyfriend who'd visit me a couple times a week.
