Incoming Master's Student Looking for Apartment/ Room for Couple@stanford.edu

I am entering into a 12 month Master's program at Stanford and am looking to find housing relatively close to campus. Ideally, my girlfriend and I would like to sign a year lease and move in in late August or early September.

We are interested in both apartments and rooms for rent. Ideally, we’re looking for something for $1000/mo or less.
