One of my friend is coming to visit Stanford from 7/18 - 7/27 and need a place to stay temporarily. He will most likely use it only for sleeping and no bed is needed.
He is 22, a neat person, do not smoke or drink, won't have parties or other activities.
Any house that is near or on campus is acceptable (within 20 mins bike ride to campus). Ideal price is under $300 for these 10 days. It is also OK if the house is only available for a week during 7/18 - 7/27.
