HIRING—Behavior Technicians & Senior Behavior Therapists
Gateway Learning Group, Inc. is a California certified Non-Public Agency. We provide intensive behavioral intervention to young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. In addition, our staff provides behavior consultation to families and school district personnel related to structuring the home/school environment, developing behavior intervention plans, facilitating social interactions, teaching communication skills, promoting independence and the use of visual supports. Gateway is looking for fun, energetic, and motivated professionals for positions with clients from Redwood City to San Jose.
Positions Available:
Behavior Therapist
Senior Behavior Therapist (minimum 1 year experience)
Location:
San Mateo County
Santa Clara County
Responsibilities:
Provide intensive 1:1 instruction to young children with autism using teaching tactics from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Teach communication, imitation, motor, pre-academic, and self-regulation skills.
Qualifications:
Energetic, creative, reliable individual.
Ideal candidate has taken coursework in special education or psychology and has experience working with children with autism.
Prior ABA experience preferred.
Spanish Speaking a Plus
Part-time and full-time positions available. Mileage reimbursement, monthly stipend for indirect work, and paid time off (sick/vacation) for all staff. Medical, vision, dental and life insurance benefits for full-time staff.
On-going supervision provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Excellent opportunities for professional growth.
