I'm looking for a great afternoon babysitter for 2 wonderful children ages 8 and 11. Duties include pickups and drop-offs as well as taking kids to their activities in the Palo Alto area. This is ideally a 4-day/week position. Start time is 2:30 Mon, Tues and Thursday, but early pick-up at school is 1:30 on Wednesday. HOWEVER, WE ARE FLEXIBLE regarding days/hours. If you are looking for more hours, we can work with you to increase days/hours with us or we can connect you with families in the neighborhood. Or if you say you can only do Tues/Thurs, we may be able to work with that too. Our goal is to find the right person for our family!

It is important to us that you have your own car and that it is reliable and safe. We're also looking for a caregiver who likes being active outdoors and is comfortable around dogs (we have a Golden Retriever). Our kids are kind, respectful and fun to be around. We will pay a good hourly rate plus mileage for the right candidate. Ideally, we would like someone who is flexible and can stay late, or even babysit occasional evenings/weekends.
