I am a male PhD student in need of fall quarter housing. If you have a housing contract and for some reason you have to sublet your place for fall quarter (or beyond) please let me know. Any studio on campus (EV, Kennedy Prime or Junior, Munger) or 1-bedroom apartment will be highly appreciated. I am clean, neat and will good take care of your place.
