"Hi, I'm moving to Palo Alto/Redwood City from NYC in a couple weeks and looking for either a short or medium term lease, ideally in a shared house.
I am a 27 year old male, and will be working at a tech-focused hedge fund in Redwood City/Palo Alto. I would like to live with people around the same age, who are normal clean and friendly. I know some people in the city but not a ton.
I could spend up to $3k a month but ideally would spend less. I think it would be cool to have a house with a pool/some outdoor space but am open."
