Hi! I'm a recent Stanford graduate that's looking to upgrade from her grad student digs to something more permanent. I work at two startups (one in Redwood City, one in Palo Alto), so I'm out and about during normal business hours, although I tend to leave the house a bit late to avoid rush-hour traffic. When I'm not engineering, I like reading, cooking, taking care of my plants, and sewing. I want to stay below $1400 (including utilities).
Things that are important to me in terms of a living situation:
* No smoking in the house. Outside is fine.
* No revolving-door or surprise bonus roommates. Overnight guests are totally fine, but I'd rather not run a hotel.
* Kitchen! I like to cook, I like to feed people, these things are hard to do without a kitchen.
* Clean/pays rent on time/etc etc etc. Basically being a reasonable adult human.
If this sounds like a good deal to you, shoot me a message.
