Hi everyone!

I am an alum (BS 2012 Civil Engineering, MS 2014 Civil Engineering), and I am on here posting for a friend. Most of the listings on SUPost are in the Peninsula, but I know that some of you are also looking into the city and the East Bay. A friend of mine has been looking for an apartment and/or housemates/roommates in the city/East Bay for the past 5 months, without any luck. He's getting frustrated and discouraged so I wanted to help him out.

His search criteria:
-max to pay $1100
-close to Bart in SF, Oakland, Berkeley, Lafayette, or Emeryville
-that's it; he is looking for (1) an available place, (2) people who are also looking and would want to team up in the search, or (3) people who may already have a place, and are just looking for an additional housemate/roommate
-he is not being picky about number of bedrooms or bathrooms at all

About him:
-28 years old
-earned his degree in biotech from SFSU
-now works as an engineer at an aerospace company in the East Bay
-was in a metal band for 7 years and toured all over the country/world
-was a tattoo artist... and so is covered in a bunch of tattoos (which look really cool!)
-doesn't smoke or do drugs, rarely drinks
-likes to eat healthy
-stays active
-is a neat freak
-is very talkative and friendly
-doesn't own any pets

I went into that much detail about him because I think he's a really interesting well-rounded person who Stanford affiliates would enjoy living with!

If you have any opportunities available for him at all, please contact me: nikiyac@alumni.stanford.edu (or I guess, the easier way... you can just respond to this post. Fine too.)

THANKS! I appreciate any responses. And maybe I'll see some of you this weekend at reunion homecoming :)
please do not message this poster about other commercial services
