We are a startup based out of Santa Clara and specializing in global eCommerce. The majority of our customers are in China so we're building an iOS iPad app to cater to that audience. With that said, we are in need of a developer to build out our iOS iPad app. This is a project-based opportunity. We plan to have this project completed within 3 weeks for $3,000.

Requirements:
- Experience developing iOS applications (fluent in the iOS framework and its toolset)
- objectiveC, Java
- HTML5/CSS/AJAX/JavaScript
- Experience working with applications that run continuously and robustly in the background
- Experience integrating 3rd party APIs, especially data and cloud APIs, into client-side apps
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Majored or working towards a major in Computer Science
- Willing and able to meet team members in Santa Clara at least 2 times a week
- Design experience

Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and build our iPad application
- Identify and recommend mobile application frameworks
- Testing, debugging and troubleshooting
- Mobile application deployment

Preferred:
- Ability to understand Chinese (Mandarin)
- Stanford student
- You know of someone else who you can work with (we're looking to hire a team of two developers for this app)
