Stanford economics professor looking for an undergrad/grad student who has knowledge and/or interest of Armenia (and potentially Armenian, if necessary to read background papers) to prepare a background brief and literature review of academic research and public policy/political issues, focused on migration and remittances. The focus is more on policy work than academic work so you don't need to have specific economics training. The job would involve meeting with me to discuss the context and prepare a list of sources to review, and then reading background papers/research etc and writing up a ~20 page document summarizing the main issues. I estimate this is probably around 20-30 hours work. I'm looking for someone who has time to complete this by February 25.
If interested pls send me a brief email with any relevant background/expertise. Position will be paid at standard Stanford research assistant rates.
Thanks
