Custom SLR, LLC is a startup located in Santa Clara, CA. We have successfully launched 6 Kickstarter projects and are looking for an industrial designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative and thinks outside of the box. We are not a traditional 9-5 outfit but a fun, high-paced startup. The person in this role will work directly with product developers and the entire development stack. Being able to work independently and adapt to new challenges is essential to this position.

Responsibilities and requirements:
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into beautiful product designs
- Think on your feet and switch gears quickly
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Communicate effectively with emails
- Bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project
- Manage time responsibly
- Proficient in 3D Design/Illustrator/Photoshop
- Bachelor’s degree in (or currently studying) Industrial Design, Product Design or related field
