Here is your opportunity to help in an important clinical study!

• Are not currently pregnant

Participation will involve:
• Fill out a questionnaire
• Have an ultrasound exam and a blood sample collected at day 2 or 3 or 4 of your menses

You will receive:
• A payment of $50.00 in the form of a gift card
• The venipuncture for blood draw and transvaginal ultrasound done as part of fertility assessment will be done at no charge to you
