Summer Housing/ Sublet (June/July)
Looking for non-student / student housing in Palo Alto or East Palo Alto. I'm a graduate from the University of Virginia and I will be participating in workshops at the Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics and need housing for June and July.
I'm looking for a single room/pool house/apartment/roommate/room-share for roughly $700 -$1300. I keep energy costs low (don't use AC, quick showers, etc.), messy in personal space, generally tidy in communal. I keep solid hours, usually run about 6:30 and sleep around mid-night depending on work-load. I'm a classically trained musician and play the cello and the violin -- most of my practice will take place on grounds, but I'll play at home from time to time. I've never gotten complaints about sound or content... so that's positive. I've been told I have a 'welcoming' energy, very little offends me, and I LOVE improv-comedy -- I actually used to be apart of a group in college. Also, I'm not opposed to pets. I drink and smoke socially, but will be fairly busy so I'm not sure how social I'll get to be. I have my own car, bike, and longboard so transportation won't be an issue ... OH! and I make a mean baked ziti, and my quinoa might have a following...
If you're interested in knowing more or would like to Skype please call or text (5seven1.2three5.0494) OR e-mail PMM7MB@VIRGINIA.EDU
Best,
Phil
