I'm a first-year PhD looking for a studio/room for under $1400/mo including utilities. The closer to campus and cheaper the better. Must be all female tenants and move-in during September is preferred but August is possible too if the rent is cheap enough. Looking to secure a place for a min. 1yr lease asap.
