I'll be working on campus conducting research for the next year and am looking for a lease of between six months and a year. My work starts in mid-July so I'm targeting a move-in date around June 24, though that's flexible.
I'm looking for relatively inexpensive housing and am open to one or several housemates, male or female (I'm male). Ideally, the house/apartment would be within a 25-minute bike ride to campus.
About me: I'm in my early 20s and moving from the Northeast, though I'm a foreigner and grew up as an expatriate in several countries before college. I'm a diligent worker, but also friendly and would prefer at least somewhat social housemates. I keep shared spaces neat and am generally quiet and non-disruptive.
