We are an Econ grad couple, Luca and Sarah, 25 and 26 yrs, from Italy and Germany, looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment or Studio with kitchen reasonably close to Stanford campus. We are looking for a long-term lease, up to $1800 monthly rent (including utilities). Furnished or unfurnished, with balcony or patio would be great (but not a must).
We are a responsible, friendly, outgoing couple, both in the second year of our PhD, equipped with employment contracts by the University running for another 4 years.
