I'm a Stanford PhD candidate who just started working at an IT company.
I'm looking for a house/room/sublet from late July to early Jan.
I prefer a quiet place.

Campus, Menlo Park, and SF are preferred, but any other region can also be considered.

Please let me know rent, utility, move in/out dates, and so on.
