I'm a recent cal grad and I'll be working as a research assistant full time at Stanford. I have a full year contract, so I am looking to rent out for 1 year (I'm also willing to rent out for a short period of 1 month starting early July). I am a 22 year old guy, and I don't mind having housemates of any gender. I really enjoy playing basketball, socializing, and playing settlers of catan during my free time. I plan on bringing my car, so close by street parking is a plus. Otherwise, I'm just a chill dude from SoCal.
