My name is Brianne Huntsman, and I'm looking for housing starting September 20 (ish). I'm completing my 5th year at Stanford, and I didn't get on campus housing. I'm looking for something close to campus for around $1200/month.

Roommate-Wise
I like to go out to party/have fun, but I don't like to bring it back with me. I'm okay with 420, but I don't want folks doing recreationally drugs regularly in my living space. I don't really cook, I tend to cook a week's meals on Sunday. I deal with roommate issues in a pretty straight forward manner - if there's a problem (as happens when folks live together) I'm good about sitting down and talking it out. I prefer cleaning bathrooms to kitchens, and I'm also open to splitting the costs for a cleaner to come in a few times a month.
