Are you good at graphic design? Are you passionate about superheroes and possibly also the highest court in the land? I have a REALLY GREAT tank design idea I want to make for my best friend for her birthday, but I need someone to help me create the graphic. I'm currently offering $30, but I honestly have no idea how much a few hours of work like this should cost, so this is negotiable.
