Hello! I'm looking for a mid 20's-30's female roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment with. I'd love to search for an apartment together, let me know if the info below matches what you're looking for.
Location: Anywhere in Palo Alto, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Mountain View, San Carlos, Belmont
Timeline: Looking for a lease starting between mid Aug and Sept 1st.
Price: max $1300 (preferably including utilities). I've seen some nice 2 bedroom apartments for $2400-$2700.
About me... I'm 27 years old, employed full time. I love making my home feel super cute and cozy. I love decorating a space, but I promise to stop redesigning and moving around the living room furniture at some point :) I'm clean and organized, and would appreciate a roommate who is the same. After a long day of work, I like to go for a run and then unwind in front of the tv. I'm totally fine with overnight guests, as long as it doesn't become a more-nights-than-not sort of thing. I'm not a big drinker/partier. On the weekends, I like to hang out with friends and discover the next best brunch place or stay in for a movie night. It'd be great if I could be friends with my roommate, cook dinners once in a while, but I can also respect separate social lives if that's your preference.
I plan to be in the Bay Area in the first week of August to look for apartments. Hopefully we chat via email until then and see if we'd be a good match as roommates. Please reply and let me know a little about you!
