I will be working in the financial district and want to live either in SF close to a muni/bus line or in Berkeley close to one of the bart stations. I've already found a few places that seem to fit my profile.
I'm seeking a Stanford affiliated roommate (will verify affiliation) who is preferably female (like me) and aged between 21-25 (I just turned 23). Recent graduates encouraged!
Looking to move into a place by mid-August or September. One-year lease.
Max monthly price per person: $1700 (i.e. the apartment will be max $3400/month) but, of course, I prefer something cheaper or something that includes utilities.
I would prefer a 2BR but if we can only find a 1 BR within our price range I am willing to share the room or put up a curtain in the living room to make a makeshift room.
Location is important, would really like to be close to bart or muni/bus line. Would also like a place with at least one parking spot but I realize in the city that is challenging. Close to a park would also be nice, but again, beggars can't be choosers in the city. These things might be easier to obtain in Berkeley- which has a great downtown and a college feel!
I'm pretty easy going. I'm always down to do stuff- whether it's stay in for a movie marathon or go to out to a club. I also love the outdoors and animals, if that helps gives you a better sense of who I am.
Females preferred but not required - but if you're male I would have to meet and feel comfortable with you (sorry bout it).
Obviously must have a steady job so as to not flake on the rent.
Thanks and message me if you're interested!
