I'm looking for a roommate in the Bay Area as I'm moving closer to my company located in SF. Ideally I'm targeting a 2 BR/2BA but I'm open to having multiple roommates if we have a larger space.
About me: 25 year old female employed at a startup full-time. I like to keep a clean & cozy apartment. I'm very social but I also appreciate 'me' time. I'm fond of having group movie nights or themed dinners. I'm okay with occasional overnight guests as my boyfriend will visit when he visits from law school.I'm not really into having loud/crazy parties but some group potlucks or themed dinners (ie Halloween, Star Wars night, etc) When I'm not working I'm usually relaxing at home watching Netflix or working out. During the weekends I'm usually out with friends hiking, watching football, or relaxing at home. I travel a bit for work and fun plus my long-term boyfriend is in SoCal for law school.I'm not much of a cook but I do cook on occasion. I'd like a roommate who likes to hangout sometimes but don't have to be best friends. I have some great living room & dining furniture and some kitchen stuff.
Location: Redwood City, San Carlos,Hillsdale, San Bruno,Millbrae, Belmont,Burlingame, Sausalito, SF (somewhere close to BART/Caltrain/ferry)
Timeline: Aug 15- Sept 1st.
Price: max $1800 (including utilities) but I'd prefer lower.
