We are two Stanford alumni who live near downtown Palo Alto and are looking for a babysitter/family assistant to care for our 16 month old son on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15pm to 7:15pm with the flexibility to work later on short notice.
The job involves picking up our son at daycare (1.2 miles away) and bringing him home, feeding him dinner and getting him ready for bed. Job may also include helping around the house with things like food prep and laundry, but that's negotiable.
I addition to the above, the successful candidate will be comfortable:
-working on the books and having a background check
-walking 1.2 miles with baby each day (in Ergo carrier or stroller) or able to drive with good driving record (we'll provide car seat and can provide a car some days)
