Part Time Instructor/Tutor
Locations: San Mateo
Opening(s): SAT/ACT,English, Math- up to AP Calculus/Statistics, AP Chemistry, AP Physics and AP English, AP Biology,AP History
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Provide enthusiastic, high-end service to students, and parents
Tailor instruction to the needs of the individual learner
Positively reinforce student self-confidence and self-esteem
Be organized and well-prepared for every lesson and session
Requirements:
Senior, 4-year undergraduate degree (BA/BS) or higher related to tutoring subject
One or more years of direct teaching/tutoring experience (strongly preferred)
Must have reliable transportation
Able to commit to at least 10 hours per week throughout the school year
Available weekday afternoons and evenings (weekends a plus)
Compensation:
$35-$55/hour
