I am a recent MIT graduate (male) looking for accommodation in the Bay area. I intend to stay starting immediately to August/Sept. I am looking for accommodations below $1200 per month.

I am clean, quiet and casual. I like to cook and run over the weekends. I like to chat over coffee in the evenings and get along well with all people.

I am ideally looking for a separate room in a bigger apartment, somewhat furnished with a desk & chair, wifi / internet access, free parking availability and that includes utilities. However, I would still like to consider apartments if some of these preferences are missing.
